What is the difference between the Monthly and Yearly subscriptions?
A Monthly subscription is month to month, with a 30-day cancellation notice requirement. A Yearly subscription is a 12-month agreement, with monthly payments and a 10% discount. It is automatically renewed at the end of the 12-month term, unless the dealer decides to cancel during their 30-day renewal period. Both subscription fees are automatically charged to the dealer's credit/debit on the first day of each month.
Does ChopperExchange require contracts?
No. Dealers have the option to opt out of signing a 12-month subscription agreement and sign up for a month-to-month subscription instead. However, dealers who sign a 12-month subscription agreement do receive a significant discount on their monthly subscription fee.
How do I sign up for a ChopperExchange Dealer Account?
Select one of our Dealer Account options and complete the easy signup process. Once you've created your dealer account, one of our team members will reach out to you to finalize your account, and you'll be on your way to selling motorcycles on ChopperExchange!
How long will it take for my inventory to be listed on ChopperExchange after signup?
Approximately 24-48 business hours from the day we receive your inventory feed. We work directly with your feed provider and automatically list your bikes once the feed is ready. Most feed providers have an inventory feed ready within 24 hours of our request.
How often will my inventory be updated on ChopperExchange?
If you sign up for a Dealer Account that includes automatic inventory updates, your inventory will be updated 5-7 times per week, with the exception of company holidays.
Can the Dealer Account be integrated with my CRM?
Yes. We work with most major CRMs and can easily set up your account to send buyer inquiries to your CRM.
How much notice is required if I wish to cancel my Dealer Account?
30 days. If you opted to sign a 12-month subscription agreement, your cancellation terms will be included in the signed agreement.

Our sister website, Revtero, works just like ChopperExchange, but is for all motorcycle brands.
- Each account includes a number of allowed bike listings for each condition (new or used) that may be active at any given time. An overage charge is assessed each and every month an account exceeds its included listings. The overage rate is $3 per month per listing.
- All accounts include delivery of buyer inquiries via direct message (delivered in the account and via email). Basic and above accounts also include buyer inquiries via phone call. For Standard and Ultimate accounts a trackable phone number is included.
- Standard and above accounts can receive buyer inquiries via integration with their CRM provider. We support all Auto-lead Data Format (ADF using XML) providers, Traffic Log Pro (TLP), and CDK Lightspeed (LightspeedEVO/VSEPT CRM). Other providers or integrations may be available upon request (additional fees may apply).
- The client is allocated two Featured Slots, which can be updated once per day. The bike listings featured in these slots are manually selected by the client via the dealer account. If a listing in a Featured Slot is marked sold, deactivated or otherwise removed from the client's account, the Featured Slot will remain empty until it's updated by the client.
- The client is allocated four Featured Slots, which can be updated once per day. The bike listings featured in these slots are manually selected by the client via the dealer account. If a listing in a Featured Slot is marked sold, deactivated or otherwise removed from the client's account, the Featured Slot will remain empty until it's updated by the client.
- Free accounts are limited to one per dealership per physical location. The dealership must be registered to do business within the United States or Canada and licensed to sell motorcycles as a motorcycle dealer. Private sellers do not qualify for this offer. No exceptions. Offer subject to change.
- Free accounts can list up to 5 used motorcycles at a time. Not intended for dealerships with more than 5 motorcycles available for sale at their physical location. Other usage restrictions and limitations may apply. Offer subject to change.
- The client can list up to 30 new motorcycles with the Basic dealer account, 120 new motorcycles with a Standard dealer account and 500 new motorcycles with an Ultimate dealer account at a time.
