Extremely low mileage, fully serviced 2003 Harley Davidson XLH1200 Sportster, 100th Anniversary Edition for sale. This beautiful gunmetal blue bike has approximately 6,500 original miles on it, and I have just invested $2,000 to completely revamp it including a 5K mile service, fuel system reconditioning, brake fluid replacement, new rear brake pads, new rear wheel bearings, and new front/rear tires! All services were performed by Patriot Harley Davidson in Fairfax, VA. This bike has a current VA state inspection sticker and is without a doubt 100% ready to ride immediately. While some might question the widsom of investing that kind of money into a bike I intended to sell, it is important to me to ensure that the bike is mechanically sound and completely safe before passing it on to another rider.

This bike is loaded with extras including Screaming Eagle pipes for that genuine Harley rumble, hard saddlebags, sissy bar, engine guard, and quick-release windshield. Also included are a storage bag for the windshield, indoor/outdoor cover with storage bag, tank bra, battery tender, gunmetal blue and clear coat touch-up paint, two sets of ignition/saddlebag keys, a solid brass and sterling silver 100th Anniversary Edition key, the original HD owner's video, the owner's manual, and all maintenance paperwork. All parts and accessories are OEM.

This bike has always been garaged, has never been wrecked, and is in overall excellent condition. There are some minor scratches on the underside of each hard saddle bag from being tipped over twice -- once to the left from a stationary position and once to the right at a very low rate of speed. The paint on the bike is not perfect, but it is excellent for its age. There are a couple of touched up chips on the front fender, a very light scratch on top of the fuel tank, some light rub marks on the sides of the tank from the tank bra, a couple of scratches under the tail light, and a quarter-sized spot on the rear fender that the previous owner touched up. Most of these minor blemishes do not show up in photos, as they are not even noticeable unless you look closely.

I am the second owner of this bike. I bought it from the original owner in 2008, but have had very limited time to ride it due to military deployments, job requirements, and family commitments. I love this bike, but it is time to let it go to someone who has the time to enjoy it.

Given the outstanding condition and extremely low mileage, I am asking $4,900 for this beautiful bike. This is not your average Sportster -- I don't think you will find another one like it on the market. It is located in my garage in Alexandria, VA, and I am happy to show it to you at a mutually agreeable date/time. However, please do not ask to ride it without leaving cash in my hand for collateral. Although I am generally a trusting person, I cannot take the risk of someone driving off with it or dropping it.
