This one is #11 of 250. A factory source has informed me 1-10 were never built. This is the first one ever built with the Performance Machine wheels. All other CF models had the matching nuclear blue frame and wheels. Not another one like it anywhere on the planet. Special touches include:

*Custom paint on the tail section and intake covers. The color fades from blue to black and provides a nice contrast to the carbon/kevlar blue/black carbon fiber.

*Buell factory race header Jet Hot coated sterling silver. Bike has stainless race muffler and race ecm.

*Pro series custom parts. Such as: axle covers, tail section frame screens, carbon fiber turn signals, etc... Bike has many custom touches all over. These parts are no longer available.

*Engine cooling fan. Thermostatically controlled for additional engine cooling. This was a Buell option on the X1's. Engine won't ping or run hot.

*The carbon fiber model was at the time the first bike that was all carbon fiber from the factory. Read this article for some extra info. http://www.barbarian-cbx.com/HTMLobj-949/1999BuellCFE.pdf. This very special type of Carbon Fiber only from Buell is very, very expensive. It's one of a kind.

This bike has the matching rear fender/hugger that is also blue/black carbon/kevlar fiber. U.S. models had the flyscreen, front fender, tank cover and chin fairing. Japanese models also had the rear fender/hugger. This is the most rare X1 ever built. A true collector bike and perfect in every way. Showroom new. Tires and battery are new. Bike needs nothing but a new home.
