Designed by Willie G. Davidson with only 1200 made in 1978, this model is on the top ten list of collectible bikes.

Originally aimed at stoplight racers of the West Coast who followed a European fad of racing from café to café this classic bike with its ohv V-twin 992cc engine and top speed of 110 mph got the job done. Stopping being important too, the Café Racer has twin hydraulic front disc brakes, a first for the Harley Company.

Features a 3.8 gallon fuel tank, fiberglass ‘bikini' fairing and single seat, cast aluminum Morris wheels and vertical shocks.

This bike has S&S double pumper carburetor and straight pipes that are pretty loud. Purchase price includes the original parts that were replaced.

Four speed transmission and around 60 hp ran strong up till five years ago when placed in heated storage. Because it has been stored it will need to be serviced and the fluids and battery will need to be changed to get it up and running again, but a small amount to pay for a great vintage bike.
