I found this bike in a barn where it was sitting there for 15 years , This bike was originally the black one with the flames from Harley Davidson, I do not know why some one would paint over that original paint job. I did some research on this model and found that this was a motorcycle that Harley Davidson had designed and Built to compete with custom choppers. For this year and model they only made 1199 total ,"all paint schemes" "thats it" no more ,and ofcourse only a few of them were the flamed paint job. They made 4171 of these in 1985, and cancelled them after 1986. This bike has the last kick start that Harley produced, It has electric start , Kick start, belt drive, 4 speed trans, 21 inch skinny front spoke wheel and a wide front end , 16 inch rear spoke wheel ,and came with mini ape bars, all stock from factory. evo motor This is a rare motorcycle and a great collectors item . I am in the process of going through the bike from top to bottom to get it road ready Ive rebuilt the carb, cleaned out the fuel tanks, changed all the fluids and filters, replace the tires, replaced front and rear brake pads , flushed the brake fluid, installed new battery and new battery cables, new ignition switch, . It is mostly stock except, paint, and I do have the original seat for it . the chrome is pitted in some places. the bike runs and drives excellent, it will be ready for delivery to the new owner by mid nowember , I can even have it professionally painted in your choice of color , call me and lets talk , you wont find this model or chance very often
