up for sale is for a 1988 Sporty. It was an 883 but I suspect it has a 1200 kit installed. And I could see when I bought it at 7,800 miles that it just had the cylinders replaced. And it runs like a 1200. I rebuilt the bike myself and put on the FL Fatboy front end, Fatboy fenders, Fatbob gastank and forward controls. It also has a solid disc Fatboy rear wheel and a 40 spoke front FL wheel. The bike runs very strong and has no oil leaks, doesn't burn oil or have any unusual noises. It's a very solid bike. The sheetmetal was painted Cadillac Pearl White. It is a very easy bike to manuver and handles great on the road. It has lowered rear shocks and the front end was lowered as well (-2 under).
