1994 Harley-Davidson FXR Super-Glide. Very clean and original bike. I bought it from the second owner whom purchased it from the original owner in 1997. The second owner let the bike set unused for extended periods of time and the fuel tank rusted from the inside out. So in 2008 at 2610 miles the 2nd owner had a new tank and speedometer installed. I do have the original tank and the original speedometer. See the pics. The bike will need tires, as they are original and starting to show some dry rot in the sidewalls. The bike is very, very clean. It is clearly evident this bike did not see much daylight and has seen very little use over the years. The wheels, the Cad plating on the factory fasteners, all are in great shape. The bike still has the original rubber foot pegs. The original owners manual is still with the bike with the original owners name written inside. The bike was sold new at Foothill's Harley Davidson in Hickory, NC which no longer exists. It does have an Arlen-Ness Breather and the old style Harley-Davidson Slip-on mufflers before they were called Screaming-Eagle. When I bought the bike I had to go through the carburetor, put a new battery in it, changed the oil, put a new rear master cylinder on and I've been riding it since. The bike runs great, and the old Evolution motor sounds terrific. - SOLD -
