A fully customized “old-school chopper” based on a 1995 Harley Davidson XL1200 frame.

The bike has a full custom airbrush paint job on it with a Wizard on the tank and accents on the rest of the tank.

The bike runs excellent, carburetor has just been rebuilt and the bike checked through. Because of the modifications from stock setup this bike is not a beginner bike. It takes an experienced rider to ride this bike safely but boy is it a beautiful ride. The condition overall is exceptions for its age (almost 30 years old) and the 1200cc engine is responsive and smooth.

Tires are from 2010 and should be replaced if you are planning on riding this bike regularly. While they do not have sidewall cracks they are hard and not fun going through corners at speed.

The Sportster has been the most recognized small Harley even though it really is a rather heavy bike for what is considered “Entry Level”. Not surprising some Harley riders with bigger bikes add a Sportster to their own garage for the quick run-around trip without bringing out the “big gun”. It is heavy enough to ride solid yet agile enough to just fling it around. Loved by shorter and female riders for its easy handling and loved by big guys for the power/weight ratio.

The Sportster is offered in two power units. The traditional 883 engine and the 1200 engine. Both are equally interesting bikes with tons of options by aftermarket manufacturers to customize this bike from head to toe for small money.
