This Fat Boy has been modified and makes a great Cholo project or to completely transform it into a Rat Rod style chopper. The paint has been ground off and resealed with clear, leaving traces of what looks like rust marks but they are expertly added to the corners and under the clear. Unfortunately there are two dents in the tank. If you want to get them out they should be accessible to pop out or paint the tank partially in the dented areas, an easy fix.

The bike is one of the late carbureted bikes and allows for easy tuning. The bike runs excellent and the tall apes make for a nice solid ride for anybody who loves apes as much as I do. The famous Softail line started in the late 70s a s a new design, picked up by Harley Davidson in the 80s and became of their signature lines still produced today. The hidden suspension of the rear frame gives clean lines and allows for easy install of side bags and other accessories.

The nice classic swooping fenders bring a nostalgic flair to the bike while allowing for a modern ride.
