I was rear-ended in April 2008. Luckily I was able to maintain control and never went down. The impact sent me to the right and the front crash bar impacted the curb. The insurance company recommeded that the frame be replaced because the bike was so new. Besides the frame and front crash bar, the rear fender, taillight, turn signal bar, Right saddle bag, and Oval Slip-On were replaced. The repairs were performed by H-D of Charlotte and are guaranteed. Factory Warranty Until 3/09.
